This article talke about how Fausto Carmona is not reall Fausto Carmona. He is actually Roberto Hernandez Heredia. He was arrested for falsifying his birthdate and name in order to get on the Cleveland Indians team. He was realesed from jail on bail, and is not expected to miss much of spring training.

In my opinion, this guy should be kicked off the team. Someone who is a criminal doesn't deserve to be on a professional baseball team. His butt should be sent straight to jail. Why would he even do that in the first place? He certainly didn't have to change his name, and he only made himself 3 years younger- which really is not that much of an age difference.

Ethical Advertising Techniques

Visual Story: The type of ethical advertising technique that I decided to use was "Visual Story." A visual story is basically using a visual to tell a story. The visual could be a drawing or a photograph.It can be a visualization of a product benefit, or a problem the service can solve, or an important product feature. It can also be a before and after picture.

I chose the Latisse ad because it shows a before and after picture- a picture before person uses Latisse, and one after person has been using for a while.

Personification: Another type of ethical addvertising technique is "personification." Personification is giving human-like characteristics to non-human things or organisms. I chose to use the Cinnamon Toast Cruch ad because it utilizes personfication. In the ad, a piece of the cereal is shown with human facial features. What is a Blog??

A blog is a personal diary on a website. It is updated regularly, and intended for public viewing. Blogs began in 1999, their purpose was for people to be able to document their lives, personal events, and whatever else he or she wanted. The blog I decided to summarize was AkwardFamilyPhotos. The blog has a lot of family photos that could be considered "akward". It's hilarious! Most of them dont seem to be very recent, I saw a lot of 70's, 80's, and 90's era photos. But that's okay! What is Mass Media?

Mass media can mean many different things. But to me it means all of the different types of communication. Some examples of communication can include: the internet, television, newspapers, the radio, and many more! Mass media assits greatly on a daily basis- I use it to find out what's going on with the world.
